If you're connected to the climbing world than you already know our community lost two incredible humans over this past weekend. It's with heavy hearts we share the news that Hayden Kennedy and Inge Perkins have passed. Although we'd never crossed paths with either, its worth sharing this story to remind the community of just how special these two were and how precious life is. Hayden was a remarkably gifted alpinist with first ascents all over the world, one worth noting was the first ascent of the South Face of the Ogre (7,285 meters) with partners Kyle Dempster and Josh Wharton (1st photo). Judging by his interviews on multiple @enormocast episodes you could tell Hayden was full of life and a good person to be around. Inge Perkins, Hayden's partner, was an accomplished ski mountaineer and a rising star in the rock climbing world who had a thirst for life. Your love for life and commitment to inspiring our community will never be forgotten. Thank you for all that you did.
