Ascending Towards Efficiencies
Our Ascending Towards Efficiencies Program consists of 4, 1 day outings facilitated over the course of a 4 week block at local climbing areas throughout San Diego (climbers must have taken the Intro to Outdoor Climbing program as a prerequisite to the Ascending Towards Efficiencies Program or have a recommendation from a Guide, Coach or parent. These programs are focused around an outdoor educational curriculum taught by professionally trained, AMGA guides. Throughout the course, students will focus on developing skills to become self sufficient in climbing outdoors. Each participant will have the opportunity to learn the below skills throughout the program.
Our Parent Programs are catered to parents, guardians, and family members interested in being able to best support their climber as they transition into the outdoors. The Parent Program focuses on climbing safely, how to assess technical systems, and belay techniques.

Practice skills of taking down anchors and rappelling routes
