Tyler’s climbing career began in August 2015 when he reluctantly went to a climbing gym and immediately fell in love with the sport. Since that day Tyler has spent countless hours on the rock clipping bolts, placing gear and fine tuning his systems to be a competent and trustworthy partner and guide. You can find him climbing varied climbs across all of Southern California including his local crags Mission Gorge, El Cajon Mountain and Mt. Woodson to name a few. His favorite climbing area is Red Rock Canyon National Park in Nevada where he enjoys endless hours of classic multi pitch traditional and sport climbing on some of the best sandstone around. When he isn’t climbing, he’s spending time with his daughter, Jordan, and working full time at a hearing aid clinic in San Diego. 

Tyler is an AMGA certified Single Pitch Instructor and a Wilderness First Aid with a goal to become an AMGA certified Rock Guide.
