SUMMER INTRO TO ROCK CLIMBING COURSES
GROUP CLIMBING COURSES IN SAN DIEGO
Summer is officially here and we’re ready to kick it off on the right foot! Join Golden State Guiding for one of our pre-scheduled, Summer Intro to Rock Climbing courses in July or August, and come and out hang in a group setting with other members of our San Diego and Southern California community! We’ll be hosting 3 separate weekends this summer where the community will come together and learn the fundamentals of climbing in a group setting with our professionally trained Guides. Each course will be 5 hours in length and will cover the basics from partner safety checks and belaying techniques, applicable knots and hitches in a single pitch setting, a review of 3 different types of bolted anchors, and of course, fun climbing will be had throughout the day! Our Summer Intro to Rock Climbing courses will be held at Mission Trails Regional Park, the go-to location for climbing in San Diego. Courses will begin at 7am and end at 12pm. SUMMER INTRO TO ROCK CLIMBING COURSE INFO
Dates: July 17th, July 31st, August 14th (12 spots available per course)
Time & Location: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm, Mission Trails Regional Park
Summer Intro to Rock Climbing Group Rate: $150 per person
Cost includes 5 hours of professional rock climbing instruction and a harness, helmet, and climbing shoes if needed.
Option to bundle the course with a discounted Golden State Guiding tee shirt or woman’s tank top ($5.00 discount)! This option will be presented at checkout. Shirts are black and slim fit and and woman’s tanks are black and slim fit, razor back cut. Both have white logos.
