With the support of Weston, Golden State Guiding will be rolling out a second round of our Splitboarding 101 Courses on February 18th and 19th n Mammoth Lakes! The Splitboarding 101 course is a 6-8 hour program in the front country of Mammoth Lakes that consists of multiple intro topics surrounding splitboard equipment and how to use it, beacon and partner safety checks, fundamental touring techniques and best practices for putting in a skin track, mapping software and resources to help plan your own personal tours in the backcountry, all with our professionally trained Splitboard Guide.
