We'll be hosting a Split 101 day in Mammoth Lakes where guests of our Weston Sierra Split Program will have the opportunity to demo splitboards provided by Weston Backcountry and bindings provided by Karakoram and Spark R&D. The focus of the Split 101 day in the field will be to review your splitboarding equipment and ask any questions you may have about your gear, briefly touch on tour planning for your days out in the backcountry, learn basic splitboard touring techniques from our professionally trained Splitboard Guide, and to do a small tour of our own in the front country to apply all the techniques and skills you’ve learned up until this point.
